Sample translations for translators
Translators abroad and in Norway can apply to NORLA for subsidies for sample translations from Norwegian books of interest.
It is possible to apply for funding for sample translations of fiction and non-fiction for children and adults.
The translation must be directly from Norwegian.
Sample Translation Subsidy for Translators
Translators must document that the assignment has been cleared with the rightsholder and also enclose a CV.
A special application form shall be used.
Applications are processed in monthly meetings, year-round (no deadline).
