At NORLA we are pleased about the overwhelming response to our offer of stays at the translators hotel for translators who translate directly from Norwegian. This autumn four lucky applicants have been awarded two-week stays simultaneously in Oslo at Hotell Bondeheimen. This will be the translators hotel’s third season.
The four translators we are happy to give a warm welcome to Oslo are:
Marina Heide (French)
Anastasia Naumova (Russian)
Daniela Stilzebach (German)
Paul Russell Garrett (British)

The Writers’ Guild of Norway (in Norwegian: Dramatikerforbundet) may award grants for the translation of Norwegian dramatic works to other languages. The primary purpose of the grant scheme is to contribute to the presentation/production of Norwegian drama abroad.
