Nina Marie Evensen
Nina Marie Evensen represents the Center for Ibsen Studies (CIS) at the University of Oslo, a research and documentation center on the playwright Henrik Ibsen. She is Head of the Digital Resources at the center and Editor in Chief for the Digital Edition of Henrik Ibsen’s Writings, the Database Ibsen Stage, and several other digital resources at CIS.
Henrik Ibsen is often referred to as the father of modern drama and is Norway’s most well-known playwright of all time. The Center for Ibsen Studies is dedicated to research and documentation on Ibsen’s life and works and runs a master’s program with students from across the world. Their aim is to make sure Henrik Ibsen’s heritage is taken care of and disseminated to older and newer generations alike.
