Digital book trade meetings in collaboration with Norwegian embassies and consulates
NORLA has been preparing for a digital autumn and we have had a great response from the embassies about presenting Norwegian literature.
The embassies will have access to our autumn selected title films, and in collaboration with NORLA, will each be arranging a book trade meeting locally; either physically, at the embassy, consulate or residence; or entirely digital, via Zoom. Norwegian literary agents will be taking part in a number of these meetings and the target groups will be foreign publishers and translators.
We are now working together on digital book trade meetings for different genres in Beijing, Berlin, Brussels, Buenos Aires, The Hague, Guangzhou, Copenhagen, London, Madrid, Mexico City, Moscow, New York, Ottawa, Paris, Seoul, Shanghai, St. Petersburg, Warsaw and Vienna. More are being planned for 2021.
