The second week of May, the two Norwegian authors Johan Harstad and Gunnhild Øyehaug will visit The Netherlands and Belgium.
During their stay, they will perform in The Hague (BorderKitchen) and Brussels (Passa Porta) for an interview/conversation and recital on stage. Also the Danish author Dorthe Nors will be there. The ‘scandinavian events’ are organized for the occasion of the recently published Dutch translation of Gunnhild Øyehaug’s sort stories Knutar (translated by Paula Stevens), the new and compact edition of Johan Harstad’s Max, Mischa & het Tet-offensief (translated by Paula Stevens and Edith Koenders), plus the huge succes of Dorthe Nors’ book Spejl skulder blink in Dutch translation.
The literary event in The Hague (lead by BorderKitchen) will take place on Wednesday 9 May at 20:00. Johan Harstad will be interviewed by Hans Bouman (journalist), Gunnhild Øyehaug and Dorthe Nors will talk with Rosan Hollak (journalist), the authors are going to read their favorite parts and there will be live music.
