The seminar will offer practical and interesting language challenges related to translating literature from Norwegian into French. Hélène Hervieu will lead a workshop on Ingeborg Arvola’s novel The Knife in the Fire, while Jean-Baptiste Coursaud will lead a workshop on Lars Petter Sveen’s book The Art of Stuttering.
In the afternoon, the Musée d’Orsay hosts a Norwegian literary program where the public can meet

The event takes place in connection with the the Musée d’Orsay’s current Munch exhibition, which is organized in cooperation with the Munch Museum in Oslo, the Kode Art Museums and Composer Homes (Bergen), and with the National Museum of Norway, among others.
