NORLA is again participating in the Jaipur Literary Festival, ‘The world’s grandest literary show’!
This is said to be the world’s largest free literary festival, with an overwhelming number of writers, participants and audiences from India and the rest of the world. From Norway, authors Kristin Roskifte and Kjell Ola Dahl are participating.

An important side program at the literature festival is the industry meeting BookMark, where publishers and book people from all over India and other countries meet to discuss industry issues, present and sell books, etc.
The Royal Norwegian Embassy in New Delhi has entered into cooperation with the organizers, and Andrine Pollen from NORLA will participate in panel debate on the promotion of Norwegian literature and the challenges and joys of translations. There will also be an opportunity to present Norwegian books and authors to the Indian publishing industry. Ambassador Hans Jacob Frydenlund and others will be present.
