Are you going to the book fair in Leipzig this year? If so, you will be able to meet a big team of Norwegian authors, as well as NORLA. Welcome Halle 4, Stand C305!
All seven Norwegian authors participating have recently published their book in German:
Andreas Viestad
Cecilie Enger
Kirsti Kristoffersen
Lena Lindgren
Malin Falch
Odin Helgheim
Trude Teige
In addition to a rich program at the book fair and all over the city during the reading festival «Leipzig liest», there will also be a concert with the Haugtussa collective in Grieg Begegnungsstätte. Haugtussa by Arne Garborg will be performed by Martje Vande Ginste (song), Sebastian Jacob (piano), Juliane Hollerbach (storytelling) og Atischeh Braun (acting).
And we also look forward to starting the countdown to Norway’s being Guest of Honour at the Leipzig Book Fair in 2025.
We hope to see you there!

The London Book Fair (LBF) is one of the largest and most important international trade fairs for the book and publishing industry, where the entire global publishing and media community comes together to make deals, network, and explore future content and trends.
Last year, Norway was the guest country at the Leipzig Book Fair. The appearance was — both in terms of numbers and in the overwhelming response — a great success. This year as well, NORLA is once again presenting contemporary and classic literature from Norway at Germany’s most important public book fair. You are welcome to visit us at our stand in Hall 4, C304!
