Publishers and agencies

The largest publishing houses in Norway are Cappelen Damm, Gyldendal, Aschehoug, Universitetsforlaget and Bonnier Norsk Forlag. Other key publishing houses in the Norwegian book industry are Vigmostad & Bjørke, Oktober, Pax, Kagge and Samlaget.

In Norway one also finds a rich abundance of small presses and growth in the number of newly established publishers.
