Travel grants for publishers, the press and translators

NORLA offers funding for travel to Norway for publishers, members of the press and translators for meetings with Norwegian publishers, agents and authors.

It is no longer possible to apply via e-mail. As of January 30, NORLA will be using a new application platform: Norwegian Arts Abroad Application Portal for submitting and managing applications, payment requests and reports. The platform has been developed in e-Apply by Solea for the entire Norwegian Arts Abroad network*, of which NORLA is a part.

In conjunction with large-scale projects, translators who translate directly from Norwegian can also apply to stay at the Translators Hotel, read more here.
