NORLA annually hands out an award to a translator of Norwegian literature. The award is given for translations directly from Norwegian.
In 2021, the award will be given to a talented young translator of fiction as an encouragement towards continued efforts.

Translator’s webinar for translators into English, with the presentation of new titles for children and young adults, including screening of NORLA’s selected title films.
Translator Guy Puzey gives a key note speech on translation of literature for children & young adults. Participants will also have a workshop on translating an excerpt from Morten Solheim’s first book Totally Childish (original title: Sykt barnslig) with the author present.
